These terms govern your use of The AuthenticALLY. Have them reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

1. The service

The AuthenticALLY is a voluntary verification service. Badges are awarded based on manual review of submitted credentials; they do not constitute an endorsement of any specific content or advice.

2. Verification fee

The one-time verification fee is £100. The first 20 verified applicants receive a 50% discount automatically. The fee is non-refundable once our review has begun, except as required by law.

3. Your submissions

You represent that all information and documents submitted are accurate, authentic, and your own. Providing false information may result in rejection, badge revocation, and (if paid) no refund.

4. Badge revocation

We may revoke a verified badge at our discretion if credentials are found to be false, expired, or if the user engages in conduct inconsistent with responsible educational content.

5. Limitation of liability

The AuthenticALLY verifies credentials to the best of our ability; we do not guarantee the correctness of any specific advice a verified user may give.

6. Governing law
